Plant Inspired

Well, it has been a month since I have written in this blog. I've decided to concern my future posts with my botany en devours. They may be boring but, this blog will be more for me than anything else. Chronological order is a big plus when it comes to anything botanical. I could date my word documents but I find that rather tedious. I will also be posting pictures and accounts of fantastic winter adventures(since plants don't really do much in winter!). So as for the picture to the left - It is of a brilliant Sugar Maple(Acer saccharum) that is growing in my front yard. I will be tapping it when spring rolls around, hopefully I will get enough syrup to make a maple beer! Anyways, I will be posting a lot more in the future. Updates on invasive species and the like. Enjoy the day and be well!
